Jeremy's birthday

Well it was Jeremy's 16th birthday on February 25th. I made cupcakes for him on Friday. Decorated them with his little finger skateboards. They actually turned out pretty good.

Patty Brewster Boothe made the skateboard cake that we had on Saturday evening. It was all made of icing, and she did it all freehand. Her son picked out a picture online and Patty iced it in...LOVE IT



On Friday, (his birthday)Tabetha and Daniel took Jeremy out for his birthday. He could bring a friend and he choose Tyla to go with him... They went on a shopping spree at Greenwood Park Mall and got a new outfit, Monster Energy Hat, and oh and of course a NEW SKATEBOARD (which he loves) then dinner and a movie. They all went to see Hall Pass, said it was so funny, and there was a little nudity in it (probably nothing they haven't already seen on tv)
Tyla got him this cool hoodie and some Chocolate Axe. Very sweet of her.

We had a little party for him on Saturday. Candace/Brian brought the WII game and we had a dance off. To see who could dance better with the image on tv. If was really funny to watch everyone do their best. I think Jeremy won all the competitions, but not by much.

Everyone joined in except for Papaw. He just sat back and laughed at all of us. This thing is addicting and so much fun, but it will also wear you ass out. It's like an exercise thing.

What a Weekend

I opened the front door and sat a table up, so the girls could look outside. They didn't want to get down from there cause they were soaking up the sunshine.

But at the end of the day they always come together.

Candace and Brian were over on Saturday. She wanted me to make Lasagna for dinner, cause she's never made it before. It really turned out delicious. Had salad and garlic bread to go with it.

Ashlynn wasn't being very good today. She was into everything and not listening to anyone.

Adrian played some basketball with the neighborhood boys. They were around his age and he really had a good time.

Alden, as we all know is Papaw's little buddy. Everytime he comes over it's where's my papaw. Papaw works out of town and takes his truck too. That is what Alden says when he does see papaw.
He was at the park playing and in the back of truck all day long. I really don't think he took time to come in and eat. He was having too much fun.

Jazimynn, she's in world all her own at times. She played so good and I think she was the only kid that came in and ate when it was time. She eats all the time. But she's a cutie.

February 20, Happy Anniversary Tabetha/Daniel. Yeah! It's been a whole year and they are doing great.

SuperBowl Sunday

We got alot more snow this past week. First it was the ice storm and the snow on top of that and still more to come. Schools were closed all last week, weather related. Had to chip away the ice with a sludge hammer and an axe.

The grand kids had a fun day in the snow. They really couldn't do anything cause it was all frozen and they were slipping everywhere.

Alden spent most of the day in the hospital on Sunday. Not sure what was wrong, they took blood and it was alright, they took x-rays and there was some swollen tissue so they couldn't tell if it he broke it or just sprained it really bad. It was his right hip down to his knee. Think maybe he fell while playing out in this stupid weather. Now he has to go see a specialist.

Candace and Brian showed on Sunday after the Hospital visit. Alden was in so much pain, really felt sorry for him at times. But he could still have a little fight off with papaw...

Tabetha came by today. She drove the Big Blue "Cookie Monster". She looked so funny climbing in and out of that thing. I think it needs side steps that fold out when you need them.

I had to move the Big Blue Monster... It was fun, just took it around the block so we could get it out of the street.

It was a very sort of fun day...The Greenbay Packers won the super bowl and the COMMERCIALS were the best, especially like the pepsi commercials.
