Another Thanksgiving to put in the books. Turkey, Ham, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravey, sweet potatoes, 2 types of cranberries, corn, green bean cassarole, devil eggs, rolls, Pumpkin Pie, Apple pie, Amish bread, and brownies.
We had the kids and grandkids over. Scott went over last night and asked the neighbors if they would like to join us. They were going to come, but something came up and they couldn't make it. We made them a plate and took it over to them.
Ashlynn stayed with Aunt Pasty for a couple days and was brought by around 9:00. That girl will talk your ears off. She was trying to baby the kittens and sneakers didn't want to be babyed so she got scratched. Didn't seem to bother Ashlynn though, as if it happens to her all the time. She does have 2 rabbits. Ashlynn is the one who likes to look for bugs, so a little scratch isn't nothing to her.
Tabetha/Daniel came over earlier, around 10:30 and brought the veggie tray, our dresses for the wedding to try on, Candace came in about 2 week ago and mine came in yesterday, just waiting on Tandy's dress.
I was suppose to watch Max for them while they went to Connersville. But that didn't happen. Max and my Kittens DID NOT get along. Max kept barking and growling and the the kittens were scared and hissing at him. I wished they could have gotten along. Maybe when there isn't anything going on and there isn't anyone here we might try it again. Max was acting viscous, Mamaw had something new at her house and he didn't like it. Tabetha/Daniel had to take Max back home.
Candace/Brian and Adrain and Alden showed up around 1:30. We ate around 2:30 and it was all good. Candace went to look for the ads and Scott already threw them away. He knows that the girls go through the ads every year. He went through them and then threw it away. Good thing Tabetha brought hers with her. Tabetha/Daniel showed up again around 4:30 (they went to Connersville earlier). Candace wanted Tabetha to take pictures of the kids and then a family picture. Candace isn't very good at picture taking, her backgrounds are a good idea, but not so good. And her timing wasn't the greatest either. She wanted the pictures taken outside, well it was raining.
Jeremy wasn't here today. Lisa called and said the Misti was in town and wanted to know if Jeremy wanted to go swimming with D at the Motel that Misti and Bill were staying at. Of course Scott let him go. Then Adrain didn't have anything to do here. Jeremy also came home after everyone was leaving and he had an ATTITUDE. I don't know what went on while with D, but I know it will not happen again. I don't know what it is, but he gets attitude everytime he comes back from D's. Not sure why.
It's 8:00pm. and everyone is gone. Scott is sleep? Jeremy upstairs, grounded. It's finally quiet and peaceful again. Except for the kittens running around. They have finally came out of hiding. I am going to unwind a bit and take it easy. Dishes are going to wait until tomorrow.
LOL, my kittens are everywhere. Sneakers is jumping up on my lap, which she hasn't done before. Only snuggles will lay on your lap.
Well until next time hope all is well.

New Hairdo
I have a new hairdo. I was bored today and decided to curl my hair. What do you think? Tabetha wanted me to post these so she could see what I looked like. I didn't have anything else to do. So while I'm curling my hair Sneakers is up on the counter playing with the plugin cord. I was afraid she was going to touch the curling iron.
Well until next time, have a good day and hope all is well.

They are here!!!
Finally, I have my kittens home. I got the call around 2:30 this afternoon from the Vet. I was really excited when they called, but I had to wait til Jeremy got home from school. They got to come home a day early, Only because they couldn't do the spading at this time. They both had an upper respiratory infection, it's like a cold in a human. They caught it from the shelter. They got their flea medication, chip is in and I have to give them medication for their colds twice a day for 14 days. After the 14 days I have to call the Vet to schedule an appointment for them to get spade.
They have only been home a few hours and their names have already changed quite a few times. We now have all decided on the 1)Sneakers, cause she is grey/white tiger striped with short hair, very outgoing, mischievous and into everything and very sneaky.
Then there is Snuggles, cause she likes to snuggle up to ya. She is grey/white, long hair. Snuggles doesn't have a tail so she might be a Manx kitty (which are also known as bobtail). I love them both, They are running from room to room chasing each other, which I hope doesn't last all night long. I will have to give them a bed time. Sneakers has even found his way upstairs She has been everywhere and trying to explore everything she can. Snuggles just wants to snuggle up to ya and purrrrrrrr. Haven't heard a MEOW from them since we been home, so I guess they like it here. I even made them a cat scratch post. We had some odd lumber laying around (actually found it going up to Jeremy's tree house, he won't miss a couple of steps). Nailed the wood together, painted it white and put carpet squares around it and it looks better than one from the store. And it didn't cost anything. Of course they haven't found it yet, sneakers is pulling on one of my plants. Maybe put the scratch post there instead of plant.

We are ADOPTING
I have been keeping a secrete for some time now.
But I am soooo excited and hope you'll be just as excited as I am. Yeah! we are adopting two little ones. They had been abandoned and were in need of a good home. I am waiting on results from the doctor to see how old they are and if they are healthy, which doesn't matter I still want them. They are really cute and precious and got those cute little eyes.
Yeah! Kittens. Both are females and grey in color. One has short hair and we are naming her is going to be Miss Behavin, she is very frisky and full of energy. The second one is medium hair and her name is going to be Lil Angel, she is the cuddly one of the two. Lil Angel has had an upper respiratory infection and is doing alot better now. They go to the Vet on Wednesday to get spayed. At least I don't have to take them, cause then they would hate me for what they are going to be going through. They will both have their shots and spayed and ready to come home to me on Thursday, November 19th. I am soooooo excited about them. We drove all over Indianapolis to find these two little ones. I can't wait. Pictures will be taken when they arrive home and will be posted ASAP.

Misc. Day
Adrian is sick again. This time he was up all night with earache. I told Candace if it gets worse to take him to the Hendricks Regional Hospital. She was able to bring him to the My Side of Town, to a doctor that knows what he's doing. Adrian has an upper respiratory infection, both ears are infected with one eardrum busted and he has tonsillitis. Poor baby, if it's not one thing with him it's everything, they put in on antibiotic and ear drops. As you can tell in this picture to the right, He doesn't know if he's coming or going. Sick or not sick.
She even captured the boys playing with the giant blocks. Not sure what they were building, but they were having fun and being quiet. Which was unbelievable to me.
Then there is Alden. He's such a character. Papaw always wonders who's little finger prints are on the fish tank. Well now we have the evidence. He was also tackling the monkeys. Kept saying papaw monkey.
Ashlynn, what can you say about her. The following photos are hers, I had nothing to do with them. She was taking pictures of just about everything in sight. Her mouth, and then she laughed about doing it. Not sure what the middle picture is, something from the zoo, and then there is Sponge Bob and Patrick, which she took a picture of the tv screen.
These are what you call close ups. And yes she was close up.She even captured the boys playing with the giant blocks. Not sure what they were building, but they were having fun and being quiet. Which was unbelievable to me.
It's been a fun day with the grandbabies. Needed to see them. So until next time, Hope all is well.
P.S. Tabetha, no thanks necessary. A mother does what a mother has to do. I am actually honored to be standing up with you during this time in your life.

Uncle Bud/Barbra
We went over the Lisa/Dano's tonight, to see Uncle Bud and his wife Barbra. Uncle Bud is Grandma Ann's brother. They look alike. Same height, same built, you can tell that they are brother and sister, they even talk the same. Grandma Ann wasn't doing very well today. Think maybe it was all the excitement of seeing her brother. It had been 30-35 years since Lisa or Scott had seen him. It was funny to listen to them talk about when they were kids. Uncle Bud makes his own wine and he brought some here with him. They are from Pennsylvania, and they just bought a house in Florida. I'm glad I got to meet them both. We just sat around and enjoyed the conversations ate Pizza from the Ordinary and really had a good time.
Pictured here are Lisa, Uncle Bud and Scott.

Dano in the Kitchen, thought if he went in there to check things out he wouldn't get picture taking. Well guess again. Dano is a very good man. Knows just how to put a smile on your face. Thank you Lisa and Dano for your Hospitality, it very nice to meet people, especially if they are your own people (family).

Well we went wedding shopping a couple times this week. Have ordered the bridesmaid dresses. I am now a mother of the bride bridesmaid. One of her girls dropped out last minute. That is alright though, I except. That was last Sunday, November 1st. Mom/Grandma Sandy's birthday was November 5th, Then on this past Saturday me and Tabetha went shopping for a few things that we needed. We ran all afternoon. Almost got everything, she was stuck on getting three vases at different sizes on each table. Well she found out that was going to be very expensive and impossible to find the tallest vase she wants. Finally talked her into just one maybe two vases per table and we only need 40 at different sizes. We've been finding them at the nearest goodwill stores. Guess where I'm going tomorrow! Just a few things to do and really not enough time. I'm in processes of making the birdseed bags. That is a boring job, just doing what I can before getting bored. Only have about half made. Maybe we will get everything done on time and it will turn out better than ever. Flowers are being made, by grandma Sandy, and they really look good. I need to take pictures of them next time I'm over there.
I also hung some Christmas lights this weekend. I started it and then Scott came out and kept asking if I wanted him to do it. I did half and then he sort of took over. Then got mad when I decided I didn't like the way it was turning out. He went in the house mumbling. We don't work well together, so I'll have to do what I want the way I want it, when he's not around.
Getting tired, it's late.
Until next time hope all is well.
