I have Pictures

Well I know it's been awhile. Sure hope all is well and doing good.
We went out to Candace/Brian's on Saturday. Homer wanted to go fishing. We had such a good time. I have pictures, I was trying to help Ashlynn fish and all she wanted to do was hold the rod and reel it in all the time. She wouldn't leave the line/bait out there long enough to catch a fish. We did finally catch one. Candace thought we needed help reeling it in and tried to help. Everyone was yelling get the net, get the net. It was a catfish and I guess they like to fight.
Homer caught one on his line and let Tabetha reel it in. She was so excited to catch a fish. After they got it off the hood, Jeremy was chasing her around the pond with it. She was screaming, no no get away, moooomm. Like I was going to do something, I was, I was laughing so hard. It was so funny. Later Tabetha left and took Ashlynn and Alden with her. She was only going to take Ashlynn, but Alden heard something about going bye bye and he wanted to go also. She had her hands full. I guess he wouldn't go to sleep. Candace told her around 8:30pm, well it was more like 11:00pm when he fell asleep. Adrian went home with us. He was so excited, said it had been along time since he got to spend the night. It was about 11:00pm when he fell asleep, I think it was all the excitement about being able to spend the night with us. He's been wanting to forever.
Really didn't do much on Sunday. Tabetha brought the kids over here so Candace could pick them up. We went through the fall/halloween stuff that was downstairs. I know I'm missing some other stuff. Tabetha kept trying to take everything. She bought the kids a halloween costume and I told she shouldn't have. After going through all the costumes we had, she understood why.
Cleaned house on Monday. I cleaned good, brought in the plants from outside. We have 8 plants to move in and out. 5 are tropical trees, 1 pineapple plant and 2 cactus plants. We might go to the pumpkin patch next weekend. We have alot of fun out there, pick your own apples and pumpkins and the kids love it. We never leave without apple cider/slushy's and carmel apples to eat on the way home. Hopefully I'll figure out the picture stuff on this and you'll get to see us.
Until next time, take care.

Heartaches

Drama, Drama, Drama.
It's a long story and another Heartache. I want so much to tell you what is going on, but I really can't right now. I have a lot on my mind and a lot to say about what is going on. It is a sad situation for everyone involved. But know that HUGS AND KISSES goes out to the ones involved most. And the other one can rot in hell, you know who you are.
Joe finally had surgery done on his hip on Monday and is currently doing okay I guess. This is word from Joey and Patsy.
Well until the next time have a good day/evening. Maybe I'll be able to explain the situation the next time.

Kenny Chesney

It's the end of yet another weekend. Although this weekend was good, very good. I ended up going to the KENNY CHESNEY concert with Tabetha, Karen, Candace and Brian. Thank You Todd. We had a really good time. There were 5 bands all together. Zac Brown Band, Miranda Lambert, Montgomry Gentry, SugarLand and then there was KENNY. It started At 4:05 pm. and wasn't over until after 11:30 pm. I took pictures, but some of them didn't turn out. Tabetha will have pictures though. We got to park at Basey's Bar, right straight across the street from the Lucas Oil Stadium. And we sure do appreciate Greg/Trisha for letting us park there. Greg said he would put it on Grandpa Mike tab. LOL After the concert Greg had to get Tabetha's truck out of the parking space. There was another truck park right in front of us and we were parked against the guardrail. We all watched in awww. He did it and we couldn't believe it, he said he was the one who trained those UPS guys. LOL
Homer and Jeremy went out to Teri and Donovan's house. He is my brother and they live in Wilkinson, Indiana. Homer went out there to get oil changed. I guess they were all sitting around the fire and drinking. They ended up staying all night out there. Teri gave Jeremy all sorts of clothes, which used to be Coles. Jeremy was/is thrilled to death with all that he brought home from there. Every time you turn around he's got on another outfit. Thank You Teri and Cole.
Sunday was good, not much going on. I put my big desk back up, the one Tabetha had to have and then Daniel didn't want. Well it's back up at my house and it's not coming down again, unless I find another I like better. Went to Olive Garden for dinner. Homer layed on the couch all day, so I know he must have alot to drink last night. Not me, even at the concert, I didn't drink. I did have two on the way there, but they were only coolers.
Well until another time, have a great day/evening.

Long Week

Oh yeah, it's been a long week. So much has been going on and there is nothing I can do about it. Relatives in jail then out on bail, then back in jail for something else and bailed back out. It has really been a very stressful week and on top of that I was sick this past Wednesday. Not sure what was wrong with me. I Talked to one of Jeremy's teachers and she said that there was a stomache virus going around, that she was out of school on Monday. Thank goodness it only last 24 hours. It hits ya and then 24 hours later your all better. I just layed in bed the whole day and Homer even brought me up some 7-up to drink. Him and Jeremy went over to Sero's to eat dinner. I did feel better on Thursday and even better today.
I got to see the grandbabies earlier this evening. They were on this side of town to get Brian's brother Ray. They live in Brownsburg, Candace, Brian, Adrian, Ashlynn, and Alden, then there is Karen and Jasime, and really can't forget Chad. They all are going to see Kenny Chesney concert on Saturday. Tabetha is going, Candace, Brian, Karan and there was another guy going, but he was one of them that got into trouble and decided he'd better not go, since there was drinking there and he is underage and doesn't want anymore trouble. So they have an extra ticket to sell. No I didn't/don't want to go. Ray is going to watch the grandbabies for them out there house, he lives down the street with Aunt Patsy.
I know you are still waiting on pictures, They will be coming. Until later, you all have a good day/evening.

Peaceful Day

Today wasn't so bad. As usual got Jeremy off to school. That is after Homer came in the bedroom and flipped on the damn light at 5:10 am. At least no one got hurt or arrested today. I did go over to Pizza King and filled out an application. Not sure about that place, but we'll see. All I can do is keep trying, for those of you who don't know, I am seeking employment. I used to work as a waitress, and I love to type on my computer at home. I am really trying to find something where I can stay at home and work from my computer, but that really hasn't happened yet. I just keep trying though.
Did I tell you that I took pictures last weekend while we were out with the grandbabies. Well come to find out I have to take the pictures over again. The blue chip wasn't in camera. Now I know what to do with it I'll put some pictures up when I get the chance. Until tomorrow or the next day, have a good day and keep smiling.

Very Stressful

The past weekend was very stressful. I don't think there is a day that goes by that their isn't something going wrong. It's a long story and it's going to be a long time before it is all settled. I guess Louis got beat up and Karen and Brian were charged for it. Only Brian wasn't there at the time the accident occurred. Louis is Karen's mexican boyfriend. It was the weekend that their mother was up here from Florida I really don't understand all of it, I just know it was alot of running this weekend.
We did get to spend the whole day on Saturday with all the grandbabies. Brian and Candace both had to work and with Karen in jail, they didn't have a sitter, so mamaw and papaw and Jeremy went out for the day. We had so much fun. Homer did alot of fishing and Alden wouldn't leave papaw's side. Alden would get so excited when there was a fish that got caught. They were all really good for us. After every one got home from work we went over to Tabetha and Daniel's house. They wanted Brian to trim up a tree in the front yard. Tabetha made spagetti for dinner. It was a long day so we were on our way home by 8:30 p.m.
Sunday I spent most of the day running with Candace to get bailbondsman, collect money and meet with bailbonds guy. He and his son were very nice to us. Went down to Lou and Richard's for awhile they were having a cookout for her oldest son, who just returned home from the army, I guess, He is a life guard for the base. Played cornhole to get our minds off what was really going on. We couldn't really do anything until Brian was processed and then wait, it was 12:00 a.m. before he was released.
Though there were some down sides to this weekend, there were also some good sides. We got to see the grandbabies, and went to a cookout. So hopefully I will get back on track again. I did take alot of pictures this weekend, only someone didn't put the chip back in the camera so now I can't share with you. But don't fret none, I have chip back in camera and will break his arm if he touches it again. Not mentioning any names.

Not much Going On

No, there's not much going on around here yesterday or today. It was a long weekend and just taking it easy for awhile. Homer took us to Joe's Crab Shack for dinner, Oh it was good. I always love a good crab leg and believe me I've learned how to get every bit of meat out of one of those legs. Dip in warm melted butter, oh how delicious it was, I can still taste it. MMMMMMM is all I can say.
Tabetha and Max came over yesterday. She brought back the desk that I had to tak apart and take over to the new house. We unloaded it, set it up and even asked Daniel if it was alright. He said Yes. Well then why in the hell is it back in my barn.
Candace came over today. She really didn't have time to visit. Must have been on her way back home from Greenfield. That is where her dad lives. She had to come over here to pick Ashlynn up. Ashlynn stayed all night with Aunt Patsy. She had been there since Sunday. Didn't get to see Adrian he was at school today.
I am thinking about painting. Which room, I don't know. I just know I'm bored and want to do some moving things around. I'm good at that. Been trying to clean out my basement, but I've been working on that for years. Maybe one of these days I'll get some help and it'll get done.
Homer is down the street helping a neighbor build some cornhole boards. The guy came down here on Sunday, while we were having cookout, and said he didn't want to play, he'd just watch. Well now he is building his own boards. We've been playing for years now and really enjoy the game.

Labor Day

Labor day weekend has finally come to an end.
Of course you know that on Saturday we moved Tabetha and Daniel. Well on Sunday everyone came over for a cookout and to play some cornhole. We had hamburgers, hotdogs, chips/salsa, veggie/fruit tray, my Homemade potato salad, baked beans, deviled eggs and about 10 different kinds of Desserts. You name it we had. Candace/Brian and Karen and my 4 grandbabies, Tabetha and Daniel, they brought Max, Patsy, Scott and Ray, even Uncle Joe showed up for awhile. I guess he is really having problems with his hip. Not real sure what is going on there. Richard/Lou with new baby Trishin and her other son Richy. We all really had a good time. The boys plays football, rode their bikes and sk8 boards. We started a big fire and sat around it for a long time. John from next door came out and played his Harmonica for us. At that time is was just me and Homer. D was here all day and even spent the night with Jeremy.
We found out that someone is better than us in cornhole too. Richy, Lou's son. He is really good. I couldn't believe he was hitting 3 out 4 bags every time. In the hole. It was really making me mad, but I guess I can't win all the time. Then there was Richard, "oh no I can't play, go ahead throw, choose up teams, I 'll just sit and watch". Well let me tell you what, he can throw and no more sitting on the side lines for him.
Now it's relaxing time, although I am doing the laundry and cleaning, cause it's Monday and that is what I do. But at least it's quiet and ther is nothing better to do than to just do nothing, so that is what we are doing today.

The Day Has Arrived

Yeah! and Congradulations on the New House Tabetha and Daniel, oh and Max. We started moving around 9:00 am. It was Me, Homer, Jeremy, Tabetha, Daniel and Dan (Daniel's Dad). It went pretty smoothly and fast. She already had everything in boxes and basically ready to go. Daniel rented an 27 foot UHaul and we filled it up. One trip over there and then we started unloading. There was Tabetha's truck full of clothes, of course. My truck had her desk and a couple bicycles and some little lost minute throw ins. Dan's truck had a motorbike in it. They went back to get the big screen television and another motorbike. The Direct TV guys was coming between 12 - 4 pm. So we had to have the TVs at the new house by noon. Which we did... I think the worst part of it all was getting the furniture upstairs without denting or scratching the walls. I am also glad it wasn't me taking furniture upstairs. It was Dan and Daniel. And they did an excellent job. Yeah and forgot to mention that the washer and dryer goes upstairs. (I like it that way, the bedrooms are upstairs, dirty clothes are upstairs). Daniel bought McDonalds for lunch, and that was nice of him, THANK YOU VER MUCH DANIEL. After getting alot of stuff organized, the kitchen and living room, the master bedroom and the washer/dryer hookup, Daniel's sister and family came by. Sister, Tandy is in the wedding, along with their two kids. Darnel is Tandy's husbands name and they are also expecting another real soon.
Well after returning home I mowed the yard and got everything cleaned off for tomorrow. We are having a cookout. Candace/Brian and their bunch, I can't wait to see them. Having seen them in a while. Tabetha/Daniel, maybe Max, and some friends from down the street just getting together playin a little cornhole, partying, eating and having a good time. So until tomorrow, I let you know how everything goes.

Almost Time

This week has gone by so fast. Haven't really done anything at all. It's quiet around here during the day. Just nitpic around and get things organized the way I want it. Been cleaning the basement, or at least trying to clean. There is a lot of stuff down there. Some stuff has been down there since we moved in 20 years ago.
Got to see my grandbabies on Tuesday. Alden had an ear appointment, they took the tubes out of his ears and he is doing just fine. He has to go back in December. Ashlynn is a handful. We went out for lunch and she wouldn't keep her shoes on. She is like her mamaw, I don't like shoes either. Jasmine was asleep when they got here, but soon woke up. I didn't get to see Adrian, he was at school. He is in 1st grade this year and has to go every day to school. Last year it was only Kindergarden and he went every other day.
Tabetha and Daniel are moving into their new house on Saturday. They sign closing papers on Friday the 4th of September. We are going over to help them move. Daniel is get a Uhaul truck, which will be easier and alot faster. Only have to make one trip, not 4-5 with pickup trucks. They don't have a lot of stuff, just what they do have is heavy. She has already packed up what they don't use and the only things left are the furniture pieces.
Well I guess I better get outside and do something in the yard. Its needs mowed and weed eating. Everyone is coming over on Sunday for a Labor Day cookout. We will probably play cornhole, so I'll have to finish them up. I've been reinforcing my bags so they don't come apart while we are playing. Mamaw and Papaw are pretty good at this game.
